We understand things don't always work out and we want to do our best to provide you with an easy return policy. In general, all full-priced merchandise may be returned for store credit only. All sale merchandise is final sale. Please read further for more details regarding our return policy.

Shipped Items:

Porch Pick-Up Items:

Returns need to be made within 5 days of pick-up for a store credit only. Please make sure to contact us through any of our contact channels BEFORE you drop your return off in order for us to process the return. Returns can be dropped off at 9180 Goldenrod Circle NW, Massillon, Ohio 44646.

Vendor Events/Pop-Up Shops/In-Person Purchased Items

Returns need to be made within 5 days of purchase for a store credit only. We will not accept returns made of items that have been worn, washed, or have unfavorable odors. Please return items is the condition in which you received them.
